Introduced by Takii & Co., Japan., Japan and registered with the KAVB, Canna 'Ibiza' is a medium sized cultivar; green foliage, elliptical shaped, acute apex, spreading habit; oval main stems, coloured green; flowers are open, self-coloured cream, staminodes are medium size, edges lightly frilled, labellum is pale pink markings, stamen is cream with pale pink markings, petals green, fully self-cleaning, low bloomer, blooms open in the early morning; fertile both ways, not self-pollinating or true to type, capsules globose; rhizomes are thick, up to 3 cm in diameter, coloured white; tillering is average.

A member of the Island Series series, Canna 'Ibiza' is available from specialist growers.

Very similar to Canna 'Ambasadour', if not the same.
