I did not register a yellow with red spots until I had a seedling that had special attributes, and that was Canna 'Party Time'. It grows to about 80 cm with dark green foliage and starts flowering in June. It produces stems galore and each stem produces up to seven large trusses of bright, eye-catching flowers.
A truly floriferous plant. I thought that I had lost it, but then when I had given up hope of getting it back, someone who had one from me in the noughties contacted me last year, and the plant has come home at last.
