W. Pfitzer 1949. commonly sold simply as an un-named pink. Narrow petalled dark pink flowers on a fairly short green plant, but nice for all that. The leaves are dark green and shiny (glabrous). To 1m.
Ian Cooke, The Gardeners Guide to Growing Cannas
(M) A very familiar Canna with bright pink, iris-like flowers. It is quite compact and reliable. This cultivar is sold under many other names such as ‘Evening Star’, ‘Fatamorgana and ‘Francis Berti’. Both the latter names are registered, but it is currently impossible to verify whether different cultivars actually exist. The original ‘Perkeo’ was raised by Wilhelm Pfitzer.
